Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Return Timeframe
Returns and exchanges for physical items (e.g. stickers) are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition/packaging.
  • Items purchased on sale, during promotions, or as digital products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

3. Digital Goods (Wallpapers & Downloads)
All digital products (including wallpapers, downloads, and digital media) are non-refundable and final sale.
Due to the nature of digital delivery, we do not issue refunds or exchanges for digital products once accessed or delivered.
We are not responsible for:

  • File compatibility issues
  • Accidental deletions
  • User error or software limitations
  • Data loss or device malfunction resulting from digital product use

4. Return or Exchange Process (Physical Products Only)

  • Contact support@bluehexagonstudios.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, reason, and photos (if defective or damaged).
  • If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Water Resistance & Product Safety

  • Our vinyl gloss UV-coated stickers are water-resistant and ideal for laptops, water bottles, or journals.
  • Our 70lb matte paper stickers are not water-resistant and are best used on dry indoor surfaces.
  • Damage from water exposure on matte products does not qualify as a defect.

7. Injury, Allergy, and Liability Disclaimer

  • Some stickers contain small parts and pose a choking hazard — not for children under 3.
  • Blue Hexagon Studios is not responsible for injury, allergic reactions, or skin sensitivity caused by contact with any product.
  • Stickers are for external decorative use only — do not ingest or apply to skin.

8. Surface Damage Disclaimer

  • Stickers are adhesive-based and may not be suitable for all surfaces.
  • We are not responsible for surface damage, including peeling paint, adhesive residue, discoloration, or material wear caused by sticker application or removal.

9. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

10. Exchanges
Physical items may be exchanged for products of equal value. You’ll be charged the difference for upgrades.
